These terms govern use of the BetMica website and account services by players resident in the United Kingdom. By registering an account, a player accepts these terms in full alongside any specific promotional terms attached to a bonus offer.
1. Eligibility
BetMica is open only to individuals aged 18 or over, resident in the United Kingdom, who are legally permitted to gamble under applicable law. Account registration requires accurate personal details, and providing false information, including a false date of birth, results in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance. BetMica reserves the right to request proof of age, identity and address at any point, and to suspend an account until such documentation is provided.
2. Account Rules
Each player may hold only one active account. Duplicate accounts, whether created under different details or by a member of the same household using shared banking information, will be closed, with any real-money balance returned but bonus funds and related winnings forfeited. Account credentials must not be shared, and BetMica is not liable for losses arising from a player’s failure to keep login details secure.

Funds must generally be withdrawn using the same method used to deposit, in line with standard anti-money laundering practice across the industry. Where this is not possible, BetMica will arrange an alternative verified method. BetMica does not charge withdrawal fees, though third-party payment providers may apply their own charges outside of BetMica’s control.
4. Bonus Terms
- The welcome bonus is a 250% match up to £3000 on a player’s first qualifying deposit, credited automatically.
- Wagering requirements are 35x the bonus amount for match bonuses and 40x for bonus spin winnings, to be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited.
- Slots contribute 100% towards wagering; roulette and other table games contribute 10%; the crash game and live dealer tables do not contribute at all.
- Maximum bet while any bonus is active is £5 per spin or hand; bets placed above this limit while wagering is incomplete may void associated winnings.
- Only one welcome bonus is permitted per person, household, payment method, device and IP address.
- BetMica reserves the right to withhold or reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings where bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of betting patterns designed to lock in profit regardless of outcome, is identified.
- Reload offers, cashback and spin drops advertised on the promotions page carry their own specific terms in addition to these general bonus rules, and the more specific terms take precedence where they conflict.
5. Game Rules and Fair Play
All games offered on BetMica use certified random number generators, independently tested and audited by accredited testing laboratories, with the exception of live dealer tables, which use a physical wheel, cards or equivalent equipment operated by a professional dealer under studio supervision. Return-to-player percentages for each slot title are published within the individual game’s information screen. In the event of a proven technical malfunction affecting a specific round, BetMica reserves the right to void that round and refund any stake placed, in line with standard industry practice for verified software errors.

7. Account Closure and Self-Exclusion
